Free Hotline Counseling
- Answered by registered social workers, counselors & certified problem gambling counselors
- Provide initial assessment and telephone counseling
- Provide information and referrals on problem gambling
Free Counseling
- Provide counseling to individual gamblers, couples and families who are adversely affected by gambling
This service is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, and is supported by the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and the Ontario Resource Group on Gambling, Ethnicity and culture.
Our Mission
Chinese Family Services of Ontario (CFSO) was incorporated in 1988 and is a non-profit, accredited professional counselling, family services and settlement agency with a focus on Chinese Canadians. We offer both linguistically and culturally sensitive services to individuals and families in need of counselling and settlement services.
Chinese Family Services of Ontario is funded by various levels of governments, United Way Toronto and York Region and community donations.
CFSO is staffed by a team of professionals in the disciplines of social work, counselling, problem gambling and clinical psychology.
